Kuwait announced the reopening of Saudi-Qatar borders on . Monday.
Announcement came on the eve of the 41st GCC summit.
The borders will reopen under a deal towards resolving a political dispute.
Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt cut all diplomatic and transport ties with Qatar in June 2017.
The summit will be held on December 10.
The Kuwait Amir has been acting as a mediator to resolve the dispute.
The UAE raised Qatar's role in funding and supporting terrorism as a state policy.
UAE complained about Qatar's discriminatory measures against its goods and distributors.
